Our mission at Carne Asada is to bring the authentic taste and traditions of Mexican grill to the local market using the freshest ingredients.

We feel strongly about giving back to the community in the form of supporting local events and businesses.

Carne Asada’s brand is all about tradition and authentic flavours.

By using only fresh ingredients at every step of the process, we are trying to set the standard in what a traditional taco should taste like.

“Carne Asada,” which translates to “grilled meat or BBQ” in Spanish, is a Mexican tradition that represents the gathering of friends and family over good food, and drinks.

We chose this name for our restaurant as it represents all of Mexico and all Mexicans. We wanted to bring a straightforward, no-gimmick approach to tacos, using only the freshest ingredients that are deeply rooted in tradition. This is our way to share a bit of our Mexican tradition, history, and, of course, great food one taco at a time.
